i went to this place called earls in bellevue with tara and jen last night. the name sounds like it belongs to a dive bar, but it was a pretty decent restaurant. it was kind of the atmosphere of joeys, but prices like cheesecake factory. so a little expensive for the quality.... but i actually really liked it. so good job, tara :)
as many of my friends know, i'm not a fan of the cheesecake factory. i think you pay too much for garbage food. i have honestly never really loved what i've gotten and i always get what people say "is sooo good." although, i DO like their dessert. so maybe if my friends insist we go there next time, i'll just eat dinner at home then eat dessert at the restaurant. ha.
so not much has been going on in the past 4 days. addison is getting better and better at sitting up on her own. although i still don't let her just sit there by herself, i dont think she is quite that good. i have found a good way to occupy her so i can watch a 30 min show. we sit on the floor, i sit her between my legs and dump out her toy basket. she's in heaven for at least a half an hour playing with all of her toys.
oh i got my hair cut. i was pretty nervous. i hate getting my hair cut, one of the last times i went, i said a "trim" and she said "about an inch to two inches?" and i agreed.... she cut off a good 5-6 inches. yeah, thats not a trim. and yeah i know its just hair.... but one has to prepare themselves for THAT much to be cut off! i went with an long inverted bob. the shortest part hits about the base of my neck and the long parts in the front are about two inches lower than my collarbone. think gwyneth paltrow's hair. except brown. and not as thick. or professionally taken care of.

so yeah. addison is napping right now, and i have been thinking all day that we should go for a walk, but it is pouring out. so scratch that.
